Chancel Choir

Our Chancel Choir has had a long standing tradition of powerful, uplifting sacred music through the years. Currently we are a small ensemble of about 5 choristers who joyfully sing praises to the Lord each Sunday morning during the 11:00 AM service. Our repertoire consists of the hymns passed down, celebrating The Faith of our Fathers (and Mothers) with the music familiar to those raised in the Methodist church.

We enjoy singing in the space of our 150-year old sanctuary with the peal of our Casavant organ, beautiful Steinway baby grand piano, and historic set of Deagan Chimes in our bell tower.

Praise Band

Formed in the early 2010s alongside our contemporary Coffee Church, The Praise Band is a group of God-loving musicians who come together to raise the roof and praise the Lord on Sunday mornings at the 8:30 AM service. The Praise Band repertoire is Christian contemporary, using the music of today to worship the God of All Ages. Music Director Amanda Cowen leads our Praise Band that includes keyboard, percussion, guitars, saxophone & several vocalists.

Handbells

Our church is blessed with two wonderful sets of handbells that, as of late, have been very lonely. Under the talented hand of our former music director, Ed Williams, they’re finding a new life with a community handbell group. During William’s thirty-year tenure as Music Director, he led both youth and adult handbell groups which often graced our sanctuary with the sounds of beautiful music. This humble community team brought the bells back to life at their inaugural performance on April 26, 2026.
